The Finest Pickled Gherkins in the World
The GAP factory is strategically situated in the heart of one of the most fertile vegetable growing areas. The daily harvest is collected from the fields - every evening and transported to the factory for immediate processing.
The smaller gherkins are pickled in natural vinegar, the larger ones are put through a brine fermentation process.
The factory is equipped with 'State of the Art' stainless steel machinery. The two fully equipped production lines, supported with brine fermentation vats, have an annual process capacity of up to 8000 MT of vegetables. It is probably one of the best designed production lines in all of Asia.
